I can't say enough good things a out this roofing company as the Owner Sabastian was very professional as he and his partner, Joamed Ramos are very honest and communicate with you every step of the way as the project unfolds. His team of workers were just as awesome as they really have a great system getting our roof done in 2 days with demo and prep in one day and shingle and finish work the second day. I considered myself as a team player as their waterborne keeping them hydrated, lol. We had a great experience!

Awesome company!! I would definitely recommend K1 Roofing LLC. Sabastian and Neil were very nice and professional and that goes for the crew too. They arrived at 7am and left at 7pm and finished in 2 days. I also had to replace 7 skylights!! If you need to replace any don’t hesitate to call them. They did a great job on the whole project. Thank you Sabastian and Neil 🤩

I could not be more impressed with the quality of the work done by K1 Roofing. New roof on my storage building. Pressure washing of three buildings. Soon I will be asking for a bid to paint my storage building. Mark Sagert Osteen, FL

K1 did my parents roof. They scheduled all the inspections in a short period of time and managed to reroof their 2k sqft house in a day. Pricing was fair and quality was extremely detailed. They didn’t buckle and dime us like others have. They arrived on time and had everything delivered in a timely manner. And they hauled all the trash and even cleaned up our front lawn some. I was worried I’d have a nail in my tire but they even walked around with a magnet to pick up any nails and screws. I highly recommend them!

Sebastian, owner of K1 Roofing, came to our home to evaluate the mold issues we were having with our kitchen skylights. I was expecting news of a leak from our roof but he determined it was an HVAC issue not removing the humidity in the house. He gave a very thorough explanation of what is going on & what could be done to correct it through an AC company. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable & trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him to give an honest evaluation & advice for fixing or repairing any roofing related issues.

These guys were great from start to finish. It only took them two days to re-roof my house. They cleaned up so good I can't even tell they were there besides the new roof. I would highly recommend using K1. I think I'm going to get gutters next from them.
