everguard 04GAF EverGuard® SA TPO is factory-applied with hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive (HMPSA), ready for immediate installation. This eliminates the need for flash-off time and adhesive disposal, saving time and labor. Suitable for occupied buildings, it avoids the odors associated with solvent-based adhesives, even in cold temperatures down to 20°F.

PVC roofing membranes

Short for polyvinyl chloride, PVC is a single-ply roofing membrane with excellent performance. Asphalt roofing solutions

Asphalt is one of the oldest roofing technologies still in use today and it is a reliable solution for both residential and commercial roofing needs. Asphalt roofing uses asphalt as a waterproofing membrane. Commercial asphalt roofing systems consist of two or more waterproofing layers. This redundancy provides building owners with durable waterproofing protection.

One of the oldest application methods still used today, involves melting blocks of asphalt in a large kettle and spreading the melted asphalt on the roof with mops.

Heat-Welded

Using a torch, the installer will melt the asphalt on the underside of the membrane. This will allow the sheet to adhere to the substrate below.

Cold-Applied

Using a notched squeegee or applicator gun, the installer will apply liquid adhesive (Matrix 101) to attach the roofing membrane to the substrate or existing roofing layer.

Self-Adhered

This fast asphaltic method rolls out a membrane, peeling off the backing for adhesion. It speeds up installation compared to other methods and is odorless.
